About Us
SOME is an industrial group specializing in the mass production of welded parts and assemblies from sheet metal, mainly steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We employ more than 300 people and manufacture more than 180 million parts per year.
In order to better meet the needs of our clients, our group is divided into two business units: SOME Automotive and SOME Industrial.
In SOME Automotive we focus 100% on the automotive sector and we are leaders in the manufacture of components for seat belts and airbags. As a TIER 2 company, we manufacture large runs of parts using cold stamping with progressive dies on presses of up to 500 tonnes. We also perform automatic assembly and robotic welding of components. SOME Automotive’s competitive advantage is the high efficiency and reliability of its processes.
In SOME Industrial we work for leading companies in a wide range of sectors and have a strong position as a supplier of parts for HVAC systems, household appliances, medical equipment, renewable energies and electric mobility. The main production processes we offer our clients include cold stamping, deep-drawing, laser cutting, punching, bending, assembly and welding (manual and robotic). SOME Industrial’s competitive advantage is the high flexibility of its processes and the quality of its products.
